Our monthly guest speaker event is an intimate evening featuring a successful business man or woman from the Steamboat community. The guest speaker shares his or her background, offers valuable personal insight about career struggles and successes, and gives advice to YPNers on taking positive steps in their own career paths. The speaker then opens the floor to questions, providing an interactive environment in which have your questions answered.

We strive to hold these evenings at a unique location in Steamboat, to which YPNers wouldn’t normally have access. A chamber member restaurant or caterer provides a cash refreshment bar and delicious food.
 
In addition to our monthly guest speakers, YPN committees will also put on monthly events such as a social evening, outdoor activity, volunteer project, networking event or educational seminar.

Tour de Forks Scholarship:
Together YPN and our philanthropic committee are supporting Routt County high school seniors with the establishment of the Tour de Forks scholarship.

Funds Collected from the October 2009 Tour de Forks event have created (2) $250 scholarships for seniors who are hoping to pursue further education after high school.
