There's always been a connection to the land in and around Steamboat Springs.  Known in the early days as the "Wild West" the landscape inspired athletes and artists, and ustained three branches of the economy: agriculture, mining and tourism.  It's what allowed people to stay and play.  Today our landscapes transcent into a lifestyle shared by locals and visitors.
