Interview and Reading of Bone Fire by Noted Wyoming Author Mark Spragg

About the Author: Wyoming-based author Mark Spragg writes about the people, ranching and land of the West. His acclaimed third novel  An Unfinished Life was made into a movie starring Morgan Freeman and Robert Redford. Now the main characters return in Spragg’s new novel Bone Fire, a mysterious, deep and dark story of renewal. Spragg’s first work, Where Rivers Change Direction, a memoir, won the Mountains and Plains Independent Booksellers Association Award. Spragg’s author event will feature a reading from Bone Fire followed by an NPR-style interview and book signing. Mark Spragg will also be teaching a workshop on wrtiting.

Writers Workshop – Finding Your Voice

Day and Time: Friday, Aug. 20, 3-4:30 pm

About the Workshop: During Mark’s writer’s workshop he will lecture on the art of writing, including topics ranging from mechanics to the writing "life."  Writers, active and aspiring, will find this workshop a wonderful opportunity to explore the written art of expression.
