About the event: Under the direction of Conductor Ernest Richardson, the 55 piece Steamboat Springs Orchestra will gather for a special performance of Tchaikovsky's triumphant Symphony No. 5 along with familiar themes of composer John Williams as heard in the movie "The Cowboys" with John Wayne and "Hook" with Robin Williams. 

About the Artist: Richardson is in his 13th year as resident conductor with the Omaha Symphony. He took the helm as SSO Music Director in the fall of 2004 and has overseen the transformation of the organization into the vibrant orchestra it is today. We welcome you to join us for this sure to be enjoyable evening.
