Culinary Demonstrations on the Yampa River Art Stroll
Join us in the kitchen theater on the Yampa River Art Stroll, where local chefs will be performing demonstrations on how to prepare their favorite dishes. Be sure to catch chef Zak Pelaccio’s demonstration. Visiting all the way from NYC, Pelaccio has a reputation for consistently redefining American food by blending global flavor profiles, techniques, philosophies and local ingredients.
