Help us to congratulate runners as they finish the Marathon, Half Marathon or 10K. Or get in the action at one of thirteen aid stations placed along the beautiful course starting at Hahn’s Peak and ending in town. All volunteers receive a free volunteer t-shirt and lunch.

Participant Pack Bag Stuffing, Thursday, May 30 from 5 - 8:30pm at the Chamber. Pizza will be provided.
Registration/Packet Pickup, Friday, May 31 from 11:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday, June 1 from 9:30 - 5:30pm at Olympian Hall.
Race Day- Finish Line Support, Announcer Assistant, Bag Tent, 6am - 2pm at Courthouse Lawn.
Have you ever judged cars or wanted to judge cars? No experience is necessary; if you enjoy looking at cars and their fine details then the Annual Rocky Mountain Mustang Round-Up is the event for you. With over 400 beautifully detailed Mustangs, judging takes place on Saturday from 9:30am - 12:30pm. All judges receive a free an Annual Rocky Mountain Mustang Judge t-shirt.
We are looking for volunteers to work both Saturday and Sunday of event weekend. No experience is necessary. You can help over 40 hot air balloons launch over the Yampa Valley. If you aren't interested in the balloon crew or can only commit one day, become a judge in the exciting "Splash and Dash" competition where the hot air balloons dip into the water to be judged on biggest splash and longest dash! All volunteers will receive an Annual Hot Air Balloon Rodeo t-shirt and breakfast.
Looking for a unique experience? We are seeking volunteers for the most talked about event of the year, the Steamboat All Arts Festival. We need volunteers Thursday - Sunday of event weekend. We have a variety of opportunities available with various time commitments.
Do you have a passion for airplanes or flying? The Annual Wild West Air Fest has plenty of amazing airplanes to ogle at; whether you love new or old, there is something for everyone. Come help us out in our Kidspace where you can help kids build model airplanes out of candy and wood or even a styrofoam rocket ship. If you’re more into flying, help the kids while they navigate the airplane simulators. Every volunteer will receive free admission into the event, a free volunteer t-shirt, and a free dawn patrol flight around the Yampa Valley.
Volunteer for one of the longest running events in Steamboat and the oldest, continuous Winter Carnival west of the Mississippi. The Street Events on Saturday and Sunday of the event include horses pulling kids down Lincoln Ave on skis, a shovel race, and many other events celebrating winter and skiing. Come out and help us setup and run this amazing event. Voluteers also receive a free breakfast burrito from Creekside Cafe after morning setup.
