Steamboat Springs has more than 100 restaurants and bars, offering a variety of ways to satisfy your taste buds and experience new dining delights. As the town is known for its Western flair, Steamboat is a great place to sample elk, buffalo or Rocky Mountain oysters. If you're in the mood for Texas-style barbeque, Rocky Mountain trout or home-grown, Yampa Valley beef you won't be disappointed. Dining Information and Tips:- Peak dining hours are from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.- Make reservations if they are required or recommended.- Restaurants will be helpful. If you are running late simply call in advance.- Steamboat Springs is a non-smoking community. There is no smoking in any restaurants or bars within the City limits.- Alpine Taxi and the Restaurant Association offer the "Tipsy-Taxi."
