Tom Kern
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer responsible for all operations of the Chamber per direction and policy established by the Board of Directors, including, but not limited to: Coordination of the Program of Work, Economic Summit, Economic Development Council, Lodging Committee, Executive Board, Workforce Issues, Affordable Housing Issues, Immigration Issues, Water Issues, Government Affairs, Fly Steamboat, Local Marketing District, and Sustainable Steamboat.

Kara Givnish
Director of Marketing
Responsible for creating and executing the destination marketing plan for Steamboat in the Summertime in both national and regional markets per the direction of the SSCRA Marketing Committee. Manages the online marketing efforts for the chamber website, www.steamboatchamber.com. Facilitates research projects including intercept surveys of summer visitors and perception surveys. Organizes cooperative advertising opportunities on behalf of various Steamboat Springs businesses.

Ashley Reed
Administrative Coordinator
Responsible for the weekly Lodging Barometer, manages all administrative functions, supports staff, meeting notices and minutes, manages phones, office equipment and supplies and event registration.

Morgan McDougald
Web and Communications Manager
Maintain and develop Chamber website including regular content management, effective implementation of changing technologies and ongoing maintenance.  Work with Marketing Director to coordinate online advertising promotions, landing pages, and SEO to meet marketing plan objectives.  Manage social media initiatives on all channels.  Creation and distribution of member communications including The Monday Minute e-newsletter, Green Link, YPN News, and all other mass email communications.  Manages the Member-to-Member discount program.

Kyleigh DeMicco
Director of Visitor Services
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Steamboat Springs Visitor Center including greeting visitors and providing them with up-to-date information, following up with phone and email information requests, stocks brochures, managing the summer visitor center staff and Yampa Valley Regional Airport visitor center staff, manages sales of: "I Love Steamboat Gift Certificates," snowmobile/ATV vehicle registration, boat registration, Colorado Outdoor Recreation Search & Rescue Cards, Colorado State Parks Passes, Steamboat Valley Nordic Visitors Passes, Routt National Forest Map, Steamboat Springs/Mt. Zirkel Topographic Trail Map, Summer Pro Rodeo Series tickets, Steamboat Marathon and Hot Air Balloon Rodeo Merchandise and the Steamboat Springs Legends book.

Public Relations Manager
Responsible for all media relations including acting as a spokesperson for the Steamboat Chamber and the resort community, developing and implementing PR plans, press kits, press releases, hosting media, maintaining media database, responding to media requests and crisis communications. Sarah Leonard
Special Events & Sponsorship Director
Organizes and coordinates all aspects of special events produced by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association. Represents the Chamber as a committee member and acts as the community liaison for various events produced by outside organizations. Responsible for event production, sponsorships, event marketing and promotion, new event development.

Matt Wilcox
Membership Services Coordinator

Manages membership benefits, programs, and events.  Maintains and updates membership publications including the summer and winter Visitors' Guide, On the Move, and the Chamber Page.  Oversees Ambassador events and activities to include monthly meetings, YES Golf Tournament, and mixers.  Plans and coordinates membership networking events.  Coordinates all membership programs including Sustainable Business, Spurs on Service, Fly Steamboat, YPN, and Buy Local.  Coordinates the Chamber's Pinnacol Assurance workers comp programs and seminars.  Maintains database on all member benefits and sponsorships and ensures all benefits are delivered.  Responsible for coordination and execution of the Home & Garden Show, Wedding Expo, Summer Activity Fair, Winter Activity Fair, and Navigator Awards.  Plan and coordinate Economic Development programs to include the Economic Summit & Forum Series.  Manages and acts as the community contact for the Yampa Valley Film Board.

Supports the Special Events and Sponsorship Director in planning and coordinating signature events. Maintains supply lists, general event operations, and souvenir inventory.  Manages the sales and fulfillment of the Howelsen Hill Banner Program.  Manages the downtown banner program.  Manages internship program and assists Membership Services Coordinator with events. Recruits and coordinates all volunteers for all events.
