Special Event Funding Application

On behalf of the City of Steamboat Springs, we manage the Special Event Funding program that was created to seed new special events in the non-ski season months that contribute to the overall effort to market and brand Steamboat Springs as a year-round visitor destination. The deadline for 2012 event applications is Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Download application here.

"I LOVE STEAMBOAT" Chamber Gift Certificates

Keep those dollars local with “I Love Steamboat” Chamber Gift Certificates that can be redeemed at all Chamber member businesses. Instead of giving a gift certificate to be used at a specific store, let them decide whether they want to use the gift certificate for a massage, for a new shirt or to out out to dinner. It's their choice! The certificates come in a variety of increments ($10, $20, $25 & $50) making them easy to fit any budget. Cash, Checks and Credit Cards are accepted for payment. Gift Certificates are a wonderful gift for Steamboat visitors as well as locals! Street Banners

There is no charge for hanging or scheduling street banners. It is a service of the City of Steamboat Springs which is managed and scheduled by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association. Street banner locations are along Lincoln Avenue at 4th and 10th Streets. Street banner placement is on a first come, first serve basis and fills quickly, so please plan ahead. Click here to download the Street Banner Guidelines and Scheduling Form for all the information you need on banner requirements, scheduling information and the scheduling form. Submit your event for our events or community calendar.  Make your event part of the most comprehensive calendars in Steamboat Springs. There is no fee for calendar listings.

Winter and Summer Visitor's Guide Calendar

We also compile the Winter and Summer Visitor's Guide calendar.  Deadlines for inclusion in the Visitor's Guide for the summer calendar are usually mid February and the deadline for the winter Visitor's Guide is usually early August.
